Theme: Getting to Biodiversity
Grimsby Livingston Activity Centre
18 Livingston Avenue
Grimsby, ON L3M 1K7
Welcome to our 2019 District 9 Spring Forum/Annual General Meeting. This year's theme is Getting to Biodiversity. There are morning beverages and snacks and a wonderful lunch from Grimsby's Fit To Eat, an annual business meeting, two speakers, a full flower show and prize draws.
We have two outstanding speakers: Cathy Kavassalis , Master Gardener and member of the Oakville Horticultural Society, will talk directly to the theme in her presentation, "Pollinator Gardens from the Ground Up", and Sue Clarke Instructor/Curator at the Niagara Parks School of Horticulture, will explore "The Legacy Garden at the Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens."
Come to meet and greet your fellow society members in the District, get the latest news and learn a lot from our presenters. We look forward to a great day and hope many of you can join us.
